Matching invoices with trip loads
When you load products from your supplier, FuelVision365 trips automatically creates a purchase order for the corresponding load entry. Upon receiving the purchase invoice, the system matches the invoice to the correct load based on the load number. This ensures that your inventory administration remains accurate when transferring stock.

Interface with trip planning systems
FuelVision365 Trips integrates with the onboard computer of the tanker truck or a handheld device, allowing you to see at a glance how much oil or gas has been unloaded. The system also includes an interface to import telemetry data from tanks. The tank meter provides real-time insights into the exact amount of oil or gas remaining in the tank and can send an alert when the tank is nearly empty.

The CORE extension contains essential functionalities for all types of companies within the energy sector. Due to this dependancy the FuelVision365 Trips extension can only be deployed together with the CORE extension.
